Coopers' on the Rocks

  • 2 Parts Coopers' Craft
  • 2-3 large ice cubes

Pour Coopers’ Craft into rocks glass over ice.

Coopers' & Cola

  • 2 parts Coopers’ Craft
  • 6 parts Cola

Combine ingredients over ice and serve in highball glass. Garnish with lime.

Coopers' Cup

  • 2 parts Coopers’ Craft
  • 1 part fresh lime juice
  • top with ginger beer (roughly 6 parts)

Served over crushed ice in tin cup, garnished with mint sprig

Coopers' & Ginger

  • 2 parts Coopers’ Craft
  • 6 parts Ginger Beer

Combine ingredients over ice and serve in highball glass. Garnish with lime.

Beech & Birch

  • 2 parts Coopers’ Craft
  • 6 parts  Birch Beer

Combine ingredients over ice and serve in highball glass. Garnish with lime.

Hop & Holler

  • 1 1/2 parts  Coopers’ Craft
  • 1/4  part Triple Sec
  • Top w/ Ginger Beer
  • 3 dashes  Orange Bitters

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir and strain into an old fashioned glass over ice.

Raised Right

  • 1 part Coopers’ Craft
  • 1/2 part Green Herbal Liqueur
  • 1/4  part Simple Syrup
  • 1/4 part Lemon Juice (1 lemon wedge)

Add ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir with a bar spoon and strain into a Nick and Nora glass.  Garnish with a lemon twist.

The Coopers’ Coupe

  • 1 1/2 part Coopers’ Craft
  • 1/4 part Red Bitter Liqueur
  • 1/4 part Simple Syrup
  • Garnish with an Orange Peel

Add ingredients into a mixing glass stir with a bar spoon and pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange peel.

Kentucky Luxedo

  • 1 part Coopers’ Craft
  • 1/4 part Maraschino Liqueur
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Muddled Sugar Cube

Combine Coopers’ and Maraschino Liqueur into a mixing glass and stir with a bar spoon. Muddle sugar and bitters at the bottom of an old fashioned glass. Add ice and strain into a mixing glass into glass with sugar and bitter mixture. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.

Head Turner

  • 1 ½ parts  Coopers’ Craft
  • 1/2  part Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/4 part Mezcal
  • 1/4 part Simple Syrup
  • 1/4 part Lime Juice (1 Lime Wedge)
  • Lime Twist Garnish


Add ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir with a barspoon and strain into a rocks glass over a large rock of ice. Garnish with a lime twist.

B-Rivet

  • 1 1/2 parts Coopers’ Craft
  • 1 part Spiced Peach Shrub
  • 1/4 part Demerara Syrup
  • 1/4 part Lemon Juice (1 Lemon Wedge)
  • 2 parts Soda Water

Add ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir with a barspoon and strain into a Highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon wedge

Quittin’ Time

  • 8 parts Sweet Tea (made with black tea and fresh local honey)
  • 4 parts Coopers’ Craft
  • Garnish with thick sprig of fresh mint

Served in pitcher packed with large ice cubes and mint. Makes 4 servings 

Rusty Pale

  • 5 parts Local IPA Beer
  • 2 parts Coopers’ Craft
  • 1/4 part Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Demerara Syrup 
  • Dash of Hell Fire Habanero Shrub 

Combine all ingredients and serve in a pint glass or beer mug.    

Coopers' Orange Smash

  • 2 parts Coopers' Craft
  • 1 part Freshly squeezed Orange Juice
  • Dash of bitters
  • Splash of soda 

Combine all ingredients in a glass with ice.

Coopers’ Cold - Buttered Coffee

  • 3 parts Cold Brew Coffee
  • 2 parts Clarified Butter Syrup 
  • 2 parts Coopers’ Craft 

Combine all ingredients in a Boston shaker with ice. Shake hard. Pour over new ice into rocks glass.

Kentucky Tenderfoot

  • 6 parts Apple Cider (infused or mulled with cinnamon, nutmeg, fresh ginger)
  • 2 parts Coopers’ Craft

Combine ingredients in tin campfire mug and serve chilled or warm in cooler month

Coopers' Cider Slush

  • 4 parts apple cider
  • 1 part Coopers' Craft
  • 1 part ginger beer
  • 3/4 parts iced tea 
  • 1/4 parts lemon juice 
  • 1/8 parts Allspice liqueur  

Freeze cider, cut in cubes and place in blender with other ingredients.

Coopers’ & Ale-8-One

  • 2 parts Coopers’ Craft
  • 4 parts Ale-8-One 

Serve over ice in a highball glass with lime
