Coopers’ Sazerac

Ingredients

1.5 oz
Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve 100 Proof
1 teaspoon
simple syrup
4 dashes
Peychaud’s bitters
1 dash
angostura
Absinthe
Lemon twist

Instructions

Rinse glass with absinthe and discard. Stir the remaining ingredients over ice. Then strain into glass. Express lemon twist over glass and discard.
